We will ensure that we get as many visitors to Growing Your Own Business as possible, but as an exhibitor at the event you can also help to drive visitor numbers and increase the number of people at your stand.

Invite your contacts
Although we have an extensive promotional campaign in place, we strongly advise exhibitors to make sure that their contacts get a personal invitation. Each exhibitor will automatically be mailed 50 event programmes that offer FREE ENTRY, prior to the exhibition. If you have plans to contact a greater number of potential visitors then we are happy to supply more event programmes on a first come first served basis. Make your stand attractive
You may want to consider running some sort of incentive to make sure visitors look out for YOUR stand, e.g. a freebie, prize draw... It is very important that you invite YOUR prospects to YOUR stand. Do not assume anyone else will do the inviting for you... on the contrary; they may be inviting them to their own stand!

Email signature
Add a tag to your signature on your emails: "See us on stand XX at the Growing Your Business Exhibition & Conference on x & x xxxxxx 2008 at the xxx in xxxx."

Advertisements
Add the Growing Your Own Business Exhibition & Conference logo to any advertisements you may be running before the event with "See us on stand XX".

Personal invitation to prospects
Invite your prospects to the exhibition with a personal invitation and a copy of the event programme allowing them FREE entry to the event (saving £13).
