Natalie Perillo, Managing Director, MyRuby
Natalie Perillo is head of a flourishing service business that provides a Telephone Reception service to companies all over the UK. Capitalising on a growing trend for companies to focus on their core strength and ‘outsource’ areas of their business to specialist providers, MyRuby provides clients with all of the services of a great receptionist without being in their office.
With a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Westminster, Natalie has a 20 year career in sales and marketing. This has included 4 years working in sales for Property Software company Fraser Williams where she was responsible for signing the biggest deal in the company’s history to NatWest Bank.
She went on to Co-found successful Direct Marketing agency Made With Love and as Client Services Director, worked with Lever Faberge, Nestle, Philips, and Unilever Bestfoods. She even survived a photo shoot with Naomi Campbell before selling the business to a listed PLC.
In early 2004 Natalie moved into the Telecoms sector when, along with fellow Directors, she acquired a struggling Call Centre from the French Advertising giant Havas.
Her attention to detail and prolific list-making is legendary and drives all of the process development in every business in which she has been involved. However, far from the dry image that the subject matter suggests, Natalie is a vivacious bubbly character whose current venture was named after her namesake Ruby Wax.
She lives on the Essex Suffolk border in a household that includes two young children, Lorenzo and Lucia, a couple of dogs, a cat, a dozen laying hens, and a muddy-booted husband. Natalie says she has no spare time for her hobbies.
